Help selecting top quality LED Halo Head lights

I am looking for top quality plain LED Halo head lights and LED Halo tail lights (similar to the new 2018 wrangler models). Any suggestions would be great. Thank you!

JW Seaker for the headlights, I also think that they have Taillights to, Also check out DV8

Do you have any concerns with LEDs with winter weather? If so, options with heating elements built in are pretty limited.

I'm considering upgrading headlights, and was wondering about the led lamps in the snow as well.
