Default Helpz Wont start after installing rock lights

I spent the afternoon installing rock lights now jeep only does a single click when trying to start it up. Everything lights up on dash, headlights are bright doesnt seem to be lack of power... Maybe a safety reset? Battery was fully connected while I was installing.

Already tried disconnecting negative for a minuter... Should I try to get a jump?
