Works well with no problems. The Sirius seems stronger. It doesn't cut out under the same overpasses that I travel under every day.
The traffic updates much quicker (still is far from perfect but it's a new technology and you have to start somewhere...).

I'm happy. I am seeing visible improvements one version at a time.

What I would REALLY like to see is some sort of icon on the screen that shows my phone is connected and ready to use via Uconnect.
Also, previously when I got in my vehicle, the Bluetooth would automatically connect. Now with the phone book option, my phone is asking "do you want to share your PAB (Personal Address Book) yes or no? I have to select a choice before it connects. So not as convenient but I believe that is a problem with my phone and not Uconnect.

Oh and no problem with the Lockpick either.
You should be able to go into the BT settings on your phone and permanently allow that with the uconnect.

I leave my bluetooth active all the time now on my phone.
I hear it beep when it connects when I turn the key after a few seconds.
It connects automatically for me, but I have a Nokia 6085 cheepie.

Default Help -- Automatic Phone Book download not working

I have had 9.807 installed for some time but only got a blue tooth phone ( SAMSUNG Gleam SCH-U700 ) capable of transferring the phone book to MyGIG this week -- at least I thought it was capable when I reviewed these links :

http://www.parrot.com/usa/support/on...el=795&etape=3

http://support.vzw.com/pdf/bluetooth...msung_u700.pdf

Anyway -- I got the phone, entered a few contacts in the phone, did the Blue Tooth Pairing procedure, and waited for the auto xfer with MyGIG -- no luck.

I also tried the engineering mode method for downloading the address book -- again no luck

Any ideas or suggestions on what to try next ? Or confirmation that this phone does not support address book xfer / synchronization ?

Check in the phone, to ensure that it is 1 allowing BT address book access, and 2 that the uconnect has the option to see it.

I'm "guessing" that the phone is just not choosing to send it/allow the mygig to see it. I could be wrong, but every phone has it's quirks, and FORTUNATELY most are starting to err on the side of being secure.
