Default HID Fog Conversion Issues???

I recently purchased a HID conversion for my fogs and am having an issue getting them to sta on. The kit is "plug and play" so I know they are hooked up correctly.
Whenn I turn them on, they blink slowly a few times and then just go out. If I turn the ignition of and then back on, they repeat the same sequence...

I tested the ballasts out by hooking them straight to the battery with a temp power and ground and they light up just fine.

Could the issue be that they simply dont draw enough power, after the initial start up, to keep the relay closed (or open, whichever it is)?

If it makes a difference, they are the Apexcone HID's

there is usually a dummy load, or capacitor.. or such that comes with the kits or may need to be ordered separately...

the TIPM monitors the amount of current pull that the various lighting circuits pull when turned on... if the current pull is too much or too little, or not a straight resistive load the PCM will cancel the call to the lights and they will not operate.. it may try several times before giving up...

Battery = lights work.
Factory harness = No Joy
Problem = factory harness
Sounds to me like your Plug-n-Play is all plug and no play!

Actually I think it's allplay and no "plug" if you know what I mean
I was trying to avoid having to run separate Fog Light switch but, oh well!
