Just drill small holes where you want the exit holes. Drill them so they will weep and slap on a little paint on the edges of the holes. Usa a vacume to pull string thru the holes ( put the string in one hole and the vacume on the other). Tie the wire to the string and pull it thru.

Trying to fig out if i should run all three positive wires to the end of the bar and connect the to one lead to go to the relay or connec the each to a single wire that runs in the bar.

I know that this sounds like a PITA. But here is what I would do: Drill a smal hole at each light just big enough to pass the wire through comfortably. Dril a larger hole at the exit to pass al 3 circuits comfortably. Introduce the pull string at the small hole of each fixture location and apply the vacume at the larger hole. Pull all three strings one at a time securing each one as you go. Then pull all your wireing last. I suggest pulling a (+) and (-) for each light. #16 awg wire should be big enough to handle up to a single 130W lamp.

Be careful of a diameter too small or it may wear out the + cable insulation and you have a short circuit. I'd drill a bigger diameter and use a rubber grommet. Just my 2c
