Horn button splitting

Has anyone else's horn button split across the center? I assume this is where it splits to let the airbag out. It isn't all the way across so I don't think the airbag has deployed ( bought used an it came this way) also it takes quite a bit of force to actuate the horn

If it is a concern to you, then I would take it back to where I got it from and point it out to the dealer.

i might be wrong but i thought the air bags had a factory warranty that was specific to them...

i think it would be worth taking it to a dealer!

Oh btw, what is a clock spring? Saw that this is on warrantee for a long time

The clock spring is the ribbon wire set that allows your rotating controls ie; horn, airbag, cruise if applicable in the steering wheel to be wired to a non rotating unit (steering column)
