Horn sounds weak.

I don't think so. It always starts as soon as I turn the key; even if I haven't driven it for a few days.

Grab a 10mm wrench, disco your - batt., remove your horn and I'll bet there's a bit of water in there. Don't be afraid to bend the black flat metal piece the horn is mounted to. I had to just to remount the horn.
