Im installing my CB radio today, How can i remove this part?

That piece is easier to pop off if you remove the vent next to it first. Simple slide a couple fingers between the vent fins and place you thumb on the outer rim and twist. The vent should do about a 1/4 turn and then pull it out. Once the vent is removed that will provide better access to pop that side panel off. It has clips and should remove fairly easily. Be sure to try and pop the clips evenly all the way around the edges of the panel. I hope I explained it well enough.
