Planning to remove Satelitte radio and Install MyGig - how to and what's needed?

tried reading through a lot of stringy threads and didn't find anything clear.

once i have a MyGig radio - i assume i need ...

Hardware:
1) U-connect module (part number/price)?
2) Microphone (part number/price)?
3) GPS antenna (part number/price)?

Software:
1) Navigation DVD/CD (part number/price)?
... also, with the stock alarm and existing Siruis subscription - how do you transfer this code/lock key and subscription to a new MyGig radio?
