infinity system--a few questions:
are the speakers in the infinity system upgraded from the speakers in the base radio? or is just the amp and sub that is the upgrade?
i saw a bunch of old threads about upgrading the amp to an amp from a nitro..folks still doing this? i have a 2011

The stock speakers suck... The infinitys are a better speaker... There is a thread to get more power from your sub. I replaced my stock non infinity speakers front and rear with the kicker 77kick10 good up grade for only 65 a set. You could just do the fronts... Stay away from the nitro amp swap... I have heard mixed reviews...

But are the infinity speakers in the sound bar worth keeping? It feels like I'm getting nothing out of them. With my hard top on I'm almost maxes and not very impressed. Not looking forward to topless season. I had Boston acoustics in my 2 door and was pretty happy with them.
