IPF 920H4 or DELTA headlights ?
Not sure about the delta headlights, but I've had their OEM replacement fog lights and they were very dissappointing in quality and longevity.
Have you checked out the new headlight package from Northridge 4x4?
Do a search, should be tons of info on headlight upgrades.

Honestly I think it is to early for this question becuase the IPF's are not out yet. We have only recieved one pair and that is the pair that wayolife has .
I think people will be extremely happy with the IPF's but most will not have a opinion on them until they get them.

Let me chime in here...
I currently have Hella H4 conversion lenses and they are fantastic. However, I am not going to base my opinions on this, since I never had a chance to run IPF on my JK. HOWEVER....
On my cherokee I ran both the IPF and the Hella lenses. The Hella lens provided a sharper cut off than the IPF did, but the IPF was vastly superior in lighting optics, overall quality, and strength than the Hella unit. If the IPF was out already, I would have gone with that over the Hella units any day! The only reason I went ahead and ordered the Hella setup was because I live out in the pitch black country and its been raining a lot and the JK stock headlights are not even visible at all. The Hella provides me with a solid white wall of light with some hot spots. I expect the IPF lights to provide an even better low beam performance. (I think the Hella lens have amazing high beam output).
