Default IPF H4 lights with capacitor in relay harness?????

I have a 2012 JK. My friend gave me his IPF H4 lights with the pig tails he took out of his 2008 JK. They are a little better than stock, but I need more power. I would like to make my own harness. I have heard that the TIPM doesn't send at steady signal to the lights that cause relays to chatter. Susquehanna Motor Sports makes a harness for $161.44 with relays, and capacitors. Does anyone know what size capacitor to use? I would think it goes in between 86 & 85, and a diode on the incoming feed on 86 to protect the TIPM. I need to know the size of these??????

If you don't want to mess with a capacitor , this relay doesn't need them , I've been using them for over a year with 80/100 and 100 on the bumper ,with on issues, yes its a 120 volt..
