Can someone please advise me where the yellow wire with the little "C" tab goes? AND the Yellow wire with red stripes connects to? This one does not have anything on the end...

The instructions are not good..

Can you also upload a picture of the instructions? I can't find any.

I really need help with the wiring I am not sure why you need to see a photo of the lights,. they are on several websites illustrating their look.

The forked end goes to your battery. The other one probably goes to your battery as well, or another power source. I believe it is not forked because some people would splice it.

I'm just guessing, mine doesn't have a red striped yellow..just 2 yellow. I have IPF 968s...the instructions do suck. Just lay it out and hook it all up, it'll come to you what's going on. Basically one of the power switches is for the relay and the other is for the lights if I get it. I'm a dumbass though so I could be wrong.

I'd be happy to take pics if you need them.

I have the 968's the yellow wires go to a power source. If you want it switched then you need a switched power source to the yellow (without the crimped end). This is the power to the switch which then goes to the relay. The other yellow goes directly to the battery.
