My iPod adapter cable I got installed lasted 4 days until the entire left side for sound cut out. After taking the radio out far enough and un-connecting and connecting everything back up, the sound was gone completely, and the MyGig would only "function" when the lights were on...and even then, it would think it was turning itself on every 1-5 minutes...so while you "could" at least use the Nav screen...you got the annoying warning message every couple of minutes.

Unhooking the system from the iPod cable resulted in complete return of function to the MyGig, hooking it back up returns to the problem, so the culprit is for certain the blasted cable.

I was hoping this was simply a fluke, and a new cable would cure the ills...
