Anyone had any issues dealing with Baseline 4X4 Outfitters? I ordered a pair of the Vision X LED fog lights from them on November 7th. On November 14th I get an email stating that they were waiting on the mounting brackets to arrive from the manufacturer. I would assume that they would already be included with the lights?! I email again on the 26th for an update and get a response back on the 28th stating that they were waiting to hear back from the manufacturer. WTH?!

 

I have had no issues with them. Seems that most sites sell anything you need THEN verify if it is in stock or not. I always order over the phone now to verify parts are THERE and IN STOCK before ordering. I hate ordering something then getting an email later saying its out of stock.

 

i had a bad experience there also, but im not getting into it.

When it comes to buying most stuff i either buy it locally...if that can't be done then i try and find the best and often biggest supplier

In my signature are two links, one is a wonderful local 4x4 shop, the other is Northridge 4x4

They have opened up two warehouses besides their main location to try and have items in stock close to their customers

I've had great experiences with them and their customer service is great
