Default Issues with UConnect

Hey guys,

I have a Verizon Wireless LG Env3. (Yup... I know I'm old fashioned.) I had no problems pairing the phone with UConnect, but I ran into an interesting issue. My phone while it is paired turns itself on and off every 20-30 seconds. Has anyone run into this issue? Please advise. Thanks.

It's been 3 years since it's release and the EnV does use 2.1, EDR BlueTooth .... as does the MyGig's with Uconnect. 2.1 is backwards compatible (As most all Bluetooth software is except the HS) with 2.0 , 1.2 and so on so it isn't a conflict in your head unit. The ENV3 unfortunately has been plagued with connectivity issues. Surrounding its bluetooth radio It looks like. I am an early tech adopter yes, however when it comes to phones I hit on the HOT and hold it for a few years (I still have the Droid X origional) as phone tech does run fast and well not furious but more so a slightly urked. 3 years is that threshold so being the EnV3 has a hurting connecting feature to beginwith ........

Default Uconnect issues

I realize this is an old thread, but maybe someone out there is watching. I have a 2012 equipped with Uconnect. My Droid X will sometimes connect when I place a call and sometimes not. Also, sometimes when it does connect, it will stay connected for about 2 rings and then disconnect; however, on the phone the call still continues. For some reason, incoming calls work perfectly every time. Any ideas or should I take it to the dealer and demand perfection? I have never had a pairing issue with my phone before.....so I assume that is not the problem. Thanks!!

I just came across this thread and I don't know if it's just me or not but every once and a while I have to reconnect my iPhone with the u connect. Anybody else have this problem?

Have any of you upgraded the MyGig software. The updates have resolved this issue and many others.
