Default iTouch and MyGig help

How come my F'ing iTouch willnot work once connected to the MyGig? My ol skool iPod syncs.

Also, I have noticed my MyGig getting slower to boot up and freezing for a brief moment. Why now but not when it was new?

Thanks in advance.

Not true, it will only work on 09 and newer radios. We tried it on an 08 radio and no iPod tab appeared on the media menu. Switched it over to an 09 and it worked fine.

The Year of the Jeep isn't the factor, the factor to look for is the 3 letters at the bottom right of the Head Unit to compare what works. example: RER replaced by RHR around 2010/2011, this is the Top model
