I know this is digging up an old thread... but did you get this bar made and installed yet? And how much did it run you? I'm loving the low profile nature of it...
Thanks.

I emailed them a few times about making one for the JK, the one in the picture is for a TJ. I never heard back from them so I asked Bulldog fab to make it.

Shipping from AZ should be alot cheaper then from the UK.

They are making a "Rota Bar" by Carr. It is on 4wd.com for $149.99. I like it!

Not bad... any clue if you can mount lights to the underside of this bar though? Thanks!

Something my brother in law and I are planning on working on this spring. It will be modular so that the small basket can be removed quick and easily if necessary. Has a similar look to the KMA fab design but the lights will sit lower, the basket will conect using factory mounting points for the hardtop and door surrounds. It can be used with the top off ( obviously) or the soft top on with some minor modifications to the soft top via a marine shop. Perfect for those with a 2dr. and a need for a little extra storage space on longer than a day trail runs or camping trips.

If rotates down for clearance, so probably not. I am not sure, maybe 4wd.com would have more info if you call them.

PM him and I am sure he will make you one as well.

I like this a lot!

Post pics when you get yours done with the Xmitter's please.

I like the look of the Carr light bars, but I don't like that they are only designed to hold a total of 4 pounds of lights. All the lights I have been looking at are 4 pounds each.

4 pounds? Is the bar made out of plastic?
