I think the fogs are better down low. The fogs are designed to supplement your low beams and the driving lights to supplement the highs. The long range are for, well, long range.
I think I might need a light bar now and some more lights!

Ya that is pretty cool. But you need this to go along with it.

Long Range / Pencil Beams - /\ ( High up as possible ).
Euro / Driving Beams - > ( Close to headlight level as possible ).
Fog Lights - \/ ( Close to the ground as possible.
Task Lights / Flood Lights / Work Lights - Anywhere you want.
