For about one month. I put them on and that dried them out. But still would like to know how to stop them from doing it again.

i have 6" off road lights ( not KC ) and all 4 of mine will fog up every time it rains...it seems to evaporate quickly once the lights are turned on. no visible water inside the lens.

No problem with mine, and we've had plenty of rain and humidity recently.

Never had an issue with mine, does anyone with the issue mount their lights inverted? Just wondering if they can't drain as quickly mounted that way?

Try running a small bead of silicone around where the lens meets the body. I had a set on my old CJ and that worked 4 me.
