Default LED and HID replacement headlights

I've been looking at replacing my headlights for a while, and came across a 7" round headlight Which had LED around the outside and had an HID kit upgrade as well. (I don't think I can post the link as it is not from a sponsoring vendor) But my question is will all 7" round headlights fit with the JK?

Be careful with LEDs. They last forever, but wont melt snow in the winter as they dont give off enough heat. Check out a transport truck trailer with LED tail lights as proof.

Also bear in mind that there are some very reasonably priced and very good halogen replacements that are truly "plug and play" for your stock (craptacular) JK headlights.
