There's a kicker 12" solo baric in that box tucked under the cargo cover I made this weekend. I have to move the amp under the back seat.

I have a JL 8W7 in a 1.5 cu ft ported box. It has a quick connect harness for top off parking. Factory sub is still in and playing a back up roll for when the JL is out of the Jeep.

Of course, eventually, I will get tired of stepping around the gear I took out of my HHR panel and put it in the jeep. 4 18's and 12000 watts. Lol

Here's my stealth lock/sub box 1 10" sub, nothing crazy,...amps are tucked under my drivers and pass seats... Can't even see them

I can get you some pics, I just used some right angle brackets I had laying around from a garage door install that was left over, mounted both amps(1 under each seat) to the 2 brackets, marked and drilled 4 hole on my seat rail and bolted them up and out of site and still can store stuff under if need be.

This thread has inspired me to make the leap, But I don't know If I want one 12" or two 10"s.

Twelve will hit deeper and be plenty loud given the recommended rms power or slightly more. 2 tens will move more air and play louder. I find that tens are more musical and punchier than the twelves. But it really depends on the setup.

Mine is not custom but I added a JL Audio W3 and it thumps in the factory enclosure with a Kenwood Amp running to it - 200W RMS.
