Default Which light goes where?

So there are three different types of lights - flood lights, spot lights, and some half&half 'euro' pattern lights.

There are also 3 places to put lights in the front - on the bumper, at window hinge level, and at roof rack level.

Which type is best for each spot?

Seems like bumper=euro, window level=spot, and roof=flood?

Spot lights are for Distance so higher is better, besides if you use the floods will reflect off the hood and be annoying (well possibly)

Flood are for bumper and ground/winch area to see the ground close to you

the Euro or combination pattern works for the window level combing the flood for ground and spot for the distance.

Still in the planning stages... My front bumper has the original fogs located at about the original fog location, and has two light tabs on top for extras. Whatever rack I end up getting will have mounts also (probably the Gobi).

I like LED lighting, and was pretty stoked about the VisionX units, until I saw their prices

Honestly if you're only running one battery and a winch, the VisionX stuff becomes more of a bargain when you think instead about a dead battery 10 miles out
