Is the dome light switched to "ON"?

Are all the doors fully closed, with no "DOOR" warning displayed?

assuming that you don't have it switched all the way up and on, and all the doors are fully closed i would guess that the switch is bad.

If you have a 4-Door the rear light will Push-On Push-Off. You might have bumped it.
