I am making a bumper for my jk, and I was wondering if I could use the same wires/connections on the stock fog lights and put a set of KC's in place??

No. The KC lights are most likely a higher wattage than the stock lights. You could use the stock switch to activate a relay to power the KC lights, but you could not wire them directly.

What Robar said. I just installed a set of Hella's on my bumper. I left all the factory wiring and connectors there, but I did splice into the white/orange wire on the passenger side to switch the relay on using the factory fog switch. I then ran new wires (12ga) for the power and ground wires.
