I am working on installing my 170's but I am confused. Both wires coming out the back are the same color. How do I know which is positive and which is negative? Or does it not matter?!?!

It does not matter with incandescent lights - only LEDs care.

I can't wait! I wanted 240's but Northridge didn't have any in stock. So 170's on the bumper until I get 240's then they will be located to the windshield!

My Rugged Ridge bumper light bar and three lights just arrived - sounds like we'll need to do some snow wheeling at night this winter!

If things work out one of these days we should have a Jeep-mod day and get together. I've got some things I still need before the snow, too!!

Totally. My next project is a tranny cooler, front drive shaft, and then probably an ARB Air Compressor. :-/

Aren't the tranny coolers fairly inexpensive? I should do that, too. And I'm torn between getting a compressor or 15# CO2 tank... theres good and bad with both.
I can't wait to see your lights. What kind of bumper mount did you get?

A lot of people run the B&M cooler. I picked up the ORW set up. Check it out on the forum. They have various sizes.

Didn't have to get a bumper mount for the light. The LoD bumpers come with light mounts.
