Stereo displays "loading error" on six disc changer?
CD's will not eject, load or play?
Tried to search on here for solutions or similar problems but I could not find anything?
2008 4 door Sahara with the Infinity System.
Is this a dealer issue or am I missing something?

 

Haven't encountered this problem myself, but first thing I would try is unplug the harnesses from the back of the radio. Then push the power button on the front a few times, and plug the harnesses back in, then test.

 

most often this occurs if someone uses one of the older stick-on CD labellers when they burn discs.. a label peels partly off the disc.. and a disc has gotten jammed partially in the middle of an operation inside the stereo.. the best method is a complete power cycle of the unit(noted by an earlier post) because that does cause it to check all of the disc positions and may dislodge the disc that is stuck...

obviously the other cause is that something is actually broken and thats a repair trip..
