Lost all my music on MyGig????
Hey all,
I just started up my Jeep yesterday and noticed that all my music is gone....this is the 2nd time it's happened.
Has this happened to anybody else? Hard drive gets wiped all by itself?

I have both 
I was driving it....shut it off and then a little later went out again and all the TUNES WERE GONE!
I just bought a 8gb thumb drive....will make it easier to reload my tunes

I've had the situation occur where I load new music and all my Jukebox selections disappear but never lost my complete collection of music files from the hard drive.

I had the same problem last march when I updated with .715 and the latest Gracenotes disc. I got both from Harmon Becker (no longer available from them). Anywho I loaded gracenotes immediately after .715 and when i restarted I tried to listen to music I had on the HDD. Nothing was there. I don't know which one caused the deletion, but it took quite a bit of time to reload. I now have a backup dvd of my music. Google Mofv, and try your post there, that is the "unofficial MyGig site" lots of good geeks to help. Good luck.
