Default M6 Fuse Keeps Popping

Im new to the forum and wasn't sure if someone could help me. I have a 2014 2dr Willy's and everytime I turn my key my M6 Fuse blows. To my understanding that fuse is the dashboard 12v outlet. I have my whole dashboard apart and have made sure that there is nothing plugged in, but it still pops immediately. Any ideas would be great, thank you.

M6 supplies power to the outlet that is hot when the key is in RUN or Accessory.
Look at the outlet socket to make sure the hot wire is connected to the center fitting, and that there is nothing in there shorting the center fitting to the body of the outlet.
Follow that wire from the outlet to the TIPM, looking for a short to ground.
