Looking into upgrading my JK X sound system

Here's what I have in mind:

4 Focal Speaker and 2 Tweaters
2 10" Subs JL
The whole system will be amplified

I'm debating on getting the amp(s) and subs from JL Audio, MARINE. Since everything it will be in the trunk... and sometimes I get into deep water i dont want to fry my system.

Anyone done anything like this?

 

In my boat, I would recommend sealing the amps if they are on the floor if you plan to get that dep that water will be in the rear section of the JK.
