Default MOPAR remote start problems

So I finally had the time to install my remote start system. When I got to the part to program the SKREEM module I ran into a problem. The truck would not start as the instruction say it should after the last step. When I attempt to start the vehicle, the lights flash as they should and the radio and 'PRNDL' come on but no start. It doesnt seem like the ignition is coming on only the accessory. I followed the troubleshooting instructions to no avail. Anyone have any ideas? I think the SKREEM is the problem as the box was opened when I got it and I am thinking maybe it was previously installed in another vehicle.

Thanks

Not sure if this will help . I was told by a dealer selling one online that I would have to take the jeep into my local dealer after I had installed the remote start to have them program the computer on the jeep...

The dealer needs to initialize the SKREEM with the StarSCAN tool before it will work.

FWIW, the dealer does not need to be involved. I initialized mine just fine with two working sentry keys.

I am pretty sure this problem is related to my hood switch wiring. It seems I am missing the hood switch harness 16 pin). Does anyone ahve a wiring diagram? I would like to see if I can wire it without the harness or at least bypass it to see if that is the problem.

Thanks
