Default Mygig help again...

Man it's like one thing after another. So I finally got the mygig navi and DVD to work in motion (by double clicking the power button) but now my reverse camera is not working( it worked before the in motion didnt work)

Any suggestions? I have already checked the settings even went to TV mode and updated.

This is a continuation of your other thread right?

Ok, so you checked the TV tab like I suggested and the backup camera actually displays correctly when you select it and the settings actually have "backup camera" enabled?

I used to get so annoyed with that! lol
OK.. so if you press the channel and it goes black, it means it is looking at the wrong input. On your steering wheel controls, you can use the left nub (not the up or down, but the one that changes the channels on the radio/satellite) and it will change to the next setting so you get out of the black screen. Same for when you get it working and have the backup camera displaying.

As for it displaying black, I can only think perhaps that the camera RCA is plugged into the wrong port on the lockpick. I only had the V4 and it only had 2 inputs and one was labeled "Backup Camera", but I dont know how the V5 is set up.
