I have been trying to copy the music that I have on my ipod touch to the hard drive of my 430n , I tried the usb port in the center consle and the one on the face of the radio, gone into the my files menu and nothing, the usb icon will not even light up, anyone able to help me with this? my jeep is a 2012

I don't think u can. I believe they have to be in MP3 format. U have to use a USB stick drive.
