Default mygig issue

Lost sat signal and the mygig finally have me a message that I have a model failure. Is this fixable or is the mygig done for?

Not a GPS model. The sat radio is not getting a signal. I did a hard reset a few days ago to try to correct this same problem, minus the message which I didn't get till this morning. Is the module a file or is it an actual part?

That's what I'm starting to think as well.
