Once in a while, people find stupid crazy deals, but the average is used for 650-900. If you are buying one, and you do NOT have the sirius already, that antenna is like 150 from teh dealer. (Or you can make something work from radio shack for like 40) The GPS antenna is only like 40 from dealer.

Just make sure it is a high speed bus unit.

A general rule of thumb is that you should never pay more than half for used electronics. You see them for sale occasionally here with varying prices -- good to bad.

I got mine used off of ebay a few weeks ago for $636. It was in great condition. Complete plug and play. I did not get the satellite antenna since, after installing all of my ipod songs, I really do not see a need for satellite radio. I have had it for a long time and I really do not miss it. Also, I downloaded a bunch of cd's. I did order the gps antenna from MOPAR and I received it last week. All that I did was plug it in and install it on top of my Tuffy cover and within a few minutes I was located and in business. So far, I love the mygig.

Oh yeah, I also got the lock pick and that is awesome also. Hope this helps and don't forget, get the high speed. Low speed will not work.

Yeah, I would say 6-700 is fair for a good condition used one.

I got mine brand new in the box from ebay for $250 plus $10 shipping. It is the RER with the smaller hard drive (5064080AG). The GPS antenna was $31 at the dealer. A friend sent me the lockpick mic (new) for free! I think you can get them for $20 off their site, but you don't have to have one. I would reccomend it though. You can't enter destinations while in motion using the screen, but you can tell it. I don't ever use it for the hands free calling, but use the voice commands all the time. Shop around and don't be afraid to make offers if someone is having trouble selling one.
