Downloded the 2.107 version purchased from Navteq and now my Blackberry contacts don't work. All settings in the radio and phone are correct. Anyone else seeing this? I tried calling Navteq and they told me to call Chrysler, called Chrysler and they told me to call Navteq. Cool.

 

i had the same problem with my iphone...i was gunna wait till the mygig fix in jan 2011 but if you update to 2.302 it should fix it like mine

 

where did you obtain the 2.302 update?

 

I would got to your carrier and have them update your software or get on the phone with your carrier as a second option and have them put you on the phone with RIM because if you call them directly they will charge you a$ 49.95 fee first and then assist you.

+1 for me and my iPhone as well. I was at 2.107, but updated to 2.302 last night.

I would tell the UConnect to call someone, it would reconize the name fine but then say "no number listed", and then kind of glitch out and kick me back to the radio screen. Some names worked fine, but others did what I explained above. After the update, I allowed the MyGig to pair with my iPhone again and let it redownload my address book. Now everything seems to be working fine.
