Check the settings on the head unit. I cant remember them off the top of my head since I sold mine and dont have access.

It could be switching to the wrong camera input on reverse.
When you hit the TV tab on the top of your screen and choose "backup camera", does it show the camera feed or is it black? If its black, can you check the other feeds?
