Default NAV not picking up sats

Guess its back to the dealership. Ive had this Jeep now for a week and thought i would fineally try the NAV (the Jeep i orriginally ordered had no NAV, the one i bought had everything i wanted plus NAV), it cannot see satelites. NO reception, cant find a setting to help. Press my location and it shows me in MI when I'm cleary in barrie ontario, it simply will not connect. I cant help but to think the head unit is f**ked. the compass also is inacurate.

Anyone else had simular probs and what came of it?

Had the Jeep visit the dealer today to find the problem with my nav, turns out, during the build at the factory they never installed the antenea that goes to the nav that picks up the GPS sats. Kinda annoying but i'm happy they found the issue. They've ordered the antenea and it should b here in a few days

The antenea sits under the dash to the left of the dash tray above the right side of the tach. the mechanic was nice enough to let me in the bay to see it all apart.

Cheers

Default wrong part

turns out that the '11 model year uses a different antenna than the '10 but they havnt upadated the part number to reflect the change. so now i'm back to where i started, no nav and no time line for repair, a little frustrating but I STILL LOVE MY JEEP

the dealership is contacting the factory to try to come to a resolution.
