Default Need to find a third break light option

I just installed a new bumper and tire carrier and need to get a new third break light. I've seen a couple on line, just want to get ideas here, just in case I missed somthing.

Default Spare tire light

Two lights in the lug holes........I think they are called Delta Waterproof Third Brake Light LED Lug Nut Kit or something like that.....Quadratec has them on their site....hope I can say that, I think Quadratec is a vendor on the forum here.

I went the zero dollar route, and reused the existing light.

Took the light of the existing tire carrier, got after it with a grinder with a cutting blade, drilled two holes, and bada bing.

Rubydak, I just finished installing the same bumper and am looking at options now as well... currently thinking of fabbing something that I can also add a few addtional rescue lights to. I wish the lugs were just a little longer on the tire carrier so I could get a plate behind it to work off of... maybe if I work with something really thin...

Default Led

I'll try to post some pics tomorrow, but i went to WalMart and spent $5.00 on a strip LED on 3M backing tape, really bright. I'm not sure it will work with your bumper as I have the AEV bumper on the mast and that worked perfect. In your case I think that the ones that wayolif has would work the best.

That's what I did too. I routed the wire for the brake light into the cab, then put the light on the hardtop, just above the rear window. I used a small male/female disconnect for when I decide to take off the top. It works great!
