Default Need help with Horn wire

Alright, I know some of you have shop manuals with wiring diagrams. Basically I am installing an aftermarket keyless entry, and would like to know which wire is the one going from the steering wheel horn switch to the horn (or computer, or whatever), I need the color of the wire... the diagram I have said the green/violet wire, but that has proven unsuccessful, such that with the wire cut completely the horn still works. Anyway, any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

the horn wire requires a long and strong ground pulse to activate. It is actually a multiplexed pulsed wire at rest and straight ground activates the bcm to trigger the horn relay. i havent had much luck getting it to work. that sounds right its either green violet or violet green...

i havent spent any time looking for it, let us all know if you do find a good solution for it. If worse came to worse i guess you could just add your own horn circuit
