There are tons of write-ups on this site on HID installs. Take advantage of the search function. I am 100% sure you will find the answers your looking for.

DDM tuning kits are pretty good. Had an issue with the first one I put in, but they replaced the control box for me and it has been fine up until now (knock on wood).
