Default Need your help with strange problem

O.k. guys, I am on the end of my little knowledge and so is the dealer, here is my problem:
I have a 2008 Unlimited with 3500 miles on it, the only modifications I did are a cold air intake and a banks after cat exhaust 3000 miles ago without and complications for over 6 months.

Now, when I start the engine the engine light is on instantly, after 13-15 minutes of driving the power light (red flash) and the "swirling car light" come on as well all three lights will stay on till I restart the vehicle.
When does lights are on the idle goes up to 1100 rpm, very sluggish 2 second throttle response, irrational shifting, feel like the power cuts off and on, unstable idle.

Now, if I turn the engine off for 10 seconds an restart all will be fine for an other 13-15 minutes except the engine light which is on from the beginning.
The dealer stated that the code he gets is a vacum leak, but thats it .... well if it is a vacum leak it would not reset its self instantly after a restart.
Anyway, I am at a dead end and can not imagine to be the only one which deals with this issue.
Does anyone know this problem and can advise me what to tell my dealer to do ?

My first thought was a Throttle Positioning Sensor, but seems like a code would show up for that....

call chrysler care and let them know. If dealer can't fix their own car then see about a replacement. I've not heard about many, but this could b 1.
