You beat me by a day! I'm nervous about getting mine mounted properly after reading all the trouble others have been having.

I'm using the Rough Country mount, which will you be using?

Received mine today exactly 2 weeks after it was purchased. It was bought on December 16th.

Looks good minus a little paint chipped on one of the fins. It will be covered with the door trim anyways.

Now I'm waiting on my brackets. I have everything else...

Default Newcomdigi 52" 300watt LED Light Bar

Do any of the mounts have the light siding even/below the roof line? I have no more then 1 inch if room on garage door opening and the top of the jeep. Thanks in advance.

Could I got a picture from the the side? Showing the light and the roof line.

From what I've seen, the Rigid mount looks to be the lowest. Followed closely by the Poison Spyder. HMF looks pretty low as well.

I do not have any of these mounts but from pics, that's the way it looks

I'd have to agree with this too from all the pics I've seen. It seems like the money you spend is directly proportional to the profile of the mount.

I wish I could do metal fab because I could make something exactly the way I want. I don't see why no company makes a simple low-profile mount. I also don't get why they charge $250-$300 for some bent and welded steel or aluminum.

here you go.
I'm pretty sure the PSC and Rigid are exactly the same.

Its about even & definitely lower than the middle support of my soft top.

I completely agree. It makes no sense why something so simple would be so expensive. I honestly think that it's just because they know people who are paying for a $1000+ light won't care about an extra $250-300 for the mount. Apparently, we are the anomalies who actually care about where our hard earned money goes.

Thumbs up

Call Chris @ Jeep Add Ons.. He'll give you a SMOKING deal on the complete setup!! Got a 50"in. Engo lightbar, Wurton mounts w/ rubber gaskets, and Engo E2 (dually knockoffs) for Christmas.. Haven't installed it all yet, but very happy w/ the overall quality of the lights and mount.
