Newcomdigi 52" 300watt LED Light Bar

I see grooves in the washers that were glued to the mounts which means it was tightening it down so I don't really know if that the reason for failure. I twisted the light off last night because I didn't bring the Allen wrench with me this caused the other side of the light to fail in the same way. The remaining threads in the light don't seem to be stripped , I can tighten down on the screw but its only like 3 threads. I will more than likely drill all the way through the end cap and rethread for a larger bolt.
Holy crap. Well it looks like I'm going to go about mounting this a different way now.
I already have the end caps off because I was painting the inside of the light. So I think I'm going to drill all the way through the end cap where the screw goes and mount a bolt with a washer from the inside with the threads going outward. Secure it in place with some JB weld so it won't move. Then I will just slide it through the light bar mounts before I tighten them down.
I'm thinking if I use a long enough bolt it would make it harder for the light bar to be stolen from the Jeep as well. And I'll just get some rubber caps to cover the excess bolt that is sticking out.

Exactly what I'm going to do! If the hole falls on the housing I might even tap into that for my bolt to screw into. I have some usable threads left but I don't trust it anymore.
Can anyone explain how they plan on securely mounting the light bar?
I'm not quite understanding what everyone is talking about in the last few posts. Any pics or details would be greatly appreciated before I attempt this install.

I went ahead and tapped my end caps to 3/8 and drilled out the mounts before I installed it. Used a button head stainless screw. Tightens up very well. Now the e-autogrills mount sometimes vibrate like crazy at highway speed. It almost feels like something out of balance, its that bad. Going to have to try another brand mount I think. The light itself is amazing. Super bright. It does measure a true 52" from end to end

This may sound dumb, but could these vibration issues be caused by the gaps on the sides at the top? It's giving it wiggle room and in the wind, it is rocking left and right.
That make sense?
Could this be solved by simply placing some dampening material on each side to fill in the gaps? Maybe just some rubber or something?

The poison Spyder seems to fit very well, but costs more than the light. There are a ton of options but nobody seems to be using them with this specific light bar
For now, I'm sticking with what I've got. I haven't seen any bad vibration yet, but I haven't looked for it, either. I used a couple large black zip ties on each end of mine for security in case of bolt failure. I may at some point drill mine out, too, and tap it for bigger bolts.
I do agree, the light is amazing. If it wasn't, I'd be too wary to put up with some of this crap. I can't give up the light, though, now that I've experienced it. This thing is badass!
The Rigid/Poision Spyder fits tight against the pillar. I also put rubber washer between the bar and the mounts just to help with any vibration
the main mount options seem to be
Rough Country for $99
E Auto Grilles for $115
Wurton for $180
Hyline Offroad for $195
Anzo for around $250 or so (this is the one the OP uses. seems to be a good fit)
