Default Non Infinity to Infinity!!

I have an 07 X without the infinity system. I just added a REN MyGig from a 2009 Dodgr Ram P/U. I want to go further, keeping it stock, and add the Infinity Amp and possibly the Infinity sub or possibly an aftermarket sub.
Can this be done? I mean is the wiring in a non infinity JK able to be used for the Infinity set up?

Thanks in advance.

The wiring is not there.

From this point you would have to:
Get amp and mount it under steering wheel.
Re-route 4 sets of speaker wires from dash to under steering wheel.
Route two channels from dash to under steering wheel.
Run speaker wire from amp to sub location. And you would have to use the stock connector.
Get a reflash so the H/U only puts out 2 channels to the amp and the amp knows to respond to fade, balance and tone adjustments.

So it sounds like my best bet is to go after market from the HU on?
