Nubie question on a dome light issue.
I have had jeeps for many years, still my favorite was my '79 CJ7 Golden Eagle with the 304 V8. I just picked up a new '13 Rubicon Unlimited and after owning it a couple days, the dome light stays on when you start the jeep. I turned off the dome light on the blinker knob and it stays off when you open the door as it should but if you start the Jeep, it comes on and stays on until I shut the truck off and then it stays on for about 5 minutes until the battery saving timeout trips. I took it back to the dealer, they said they can look at it if I leave it a couple days. I threw the BS flag on them and I am hoping someone could point me in the right direction. I have unplugged the front doors, sprayed the connectors and reseated them. BTW, the doors all say they are closed since my dash does not show any door ajar icon.
I am guessing that the door switch is in the latch and not a plunger like normal cars

I can't believe a dealer couldn't suggest that to you within a 1 minute conversation.
