Default OBDII Tool to Activate Rear Camera on Factory Nav!?

I've been reading this forum quite a bit in preparation to do the rear camera install on my 2015 JKURHR.
I was going to get the rear camera feature activated on my 430n at the dealership. Around here, they all want about $100 to do this.
Then today I saw that Quadratec sells a Brand Motion rear view camera kit they say temporarily uses the OBDII port to activate the rear view camera. Any idea what tool they are using to do this, where to get one, and if it could be used multiple times by multiple people?

Probably similar tech behind AEV's ProCal. I would be surprised if it could be used more than once versus the ProCal which ties itself to a single vehicle at any one time, but if so sharing is caring

Wanted to see if you had any luck with this? I live in NE Ohio but work in downtown PGH and am looking for how to enable this on my new wrangler. I called the three dealers close to my house and for what they want to charge, I'd rather go and buy the tool if it were under $150-200. However it would be ideal to find a dealer in the area that would enable it like some of the other posts on the forum are saying. Many are quoting 1/2 hour of labor and $50-60 to have the service center do the work. I'm going to hit up all the dealers in the PGH area next week if I can't come up with any other option this weekend.
