I'm having an odd alert of some kind. The photo does not show it but I'm going to use it to describe it. Several time now when I put the transmission into gear, drive, all four letters, PRND, will have the selector box around them with the audible alert tone. It only lasts a second or two so I am not able to photograph it. I have had a check engine light in the past that I think is related to it. It was a CANBUS 0002 transmission power, something like that. I took it to a Jeep dealer garage to diagnos it, they were unable too. The cleared all codes and it was fine for a couple of months. Now this "boxed letter" has started again just like it did before the engine light.
Has anyone else ever experienced this? What is going on and how much is it going to cost me?
