Default piaa vs. kc

Hey there,

i am getting a smittybilt xrc bumper and xrc8 winch. the lightforces will interfere with the winch so i want to get piaa's because i have heard they are amazing? any input on this...or are kc's better? or ipf's? im not gonna do hid's i want 6inch. 520's piaa or 540 piaas? any thoughts? brightness is key!

Thanks!

The PIAA construction is the best hands down. Solid and rust free

So with piaas...they have 520, 540, fog, driving, all terrain. What is the best to add to my bumper for on road with stock headlights? I will have hid's for off roading.

Depends on your space available. PIAA offers anything from 4" to 8" lights.

Also you gotta decide for yourself which light pattern would work best for you. If you going to add windshiled lights then get fog lights for the bumper. If you only gonna have the bumper lights then go with drving lights or all terrain.

I'm getting the Smittybilt xrc. I have heard that 8 inch kc's are ok. But that 7inch lighforces won't fit with a winch. So I need a "thin" housing. 6inch is definitely gonna fit but I would love some 8inchers. I will not have windshield lights. Nor will I have stock fog lights. On road I will only have 2 bumper lights and stock headlights.

I like my IPF 968's. Way brighter than just the stock lights.

One thing I'm worried about...they put down sooo much magnesium chloride on the roads here that it rusts everything. So if piaas are rust free I'm sold :-)

The IPF lights are also rust proof. I'm pretty sure most if not all of off road lights are.
