How did you control high/low beam to PIAA 525 lights? The stock lights show 11.5V at both high and low feeds when on high or low beam...strange...
Im pretty sure that you are not reducing the voltage to change beam patterns. There should be two seperate switch legs. One switch leg for high. And one switch leg for low.
